Considering you are recommended to repeat the procedure two to three times a year, add up the total cost. On the other hand, a pneuma implant that is a permanent male enlargement surgery costs around 15000$. Both these procedures are elective and not covered by insurance.

Results

Priapus shot claims to deliver an increase in both length and girth but Penuma Implant promises only an increase in girth with an illusion of an increase in length. As the results for P-Shot are said to last for 12 to 18 months, it’s unclear if the claimed growth will be reversed. Practitioners claim a 70 to 80% success rate of P-Shot while Penuma Implant has proven 81% patient satisfaction and results are permanent. Priapus shot claims to treat erectile dysfunction while a pneuma implant will not help with ED.

After Care

P-shot does not require any downtime or much aftercare at all. You will be instructed to use the vacuum pump regularly and avoid any NSAID painkillers or food supplements for 3 to 4 days. You can resume sexual activity 4 hours after receiving a P-Shot. With Penuma Implant surgery you will have to wait for six weeks before you can receive any sexual stimulation or have sexual intercourse. You will be advised to leave your penis alone for a minimum of 4 weeks other than urination. You will also be prohibited from lifting any heavy weights over 25 lbs. For 2 weeks.

Possible Complications 

With proper aftercare, there are no adverse complications or scarring reported with either procedure. However minor discomfort, swelling, and redness can last for a few hours after the P-Shot.
