As we discussed earlier dust trapped in pores causes irritation and in turn pimples, similarly, dead skin cells can also cause blockage and cause aggressive pimples. Exfoliating your skin regularly with a good scrub can solve this problem.
4. Silicic Acid
Any skincare product with 2% silicic acid is recommended for combating acne. You can use, face wash, skin toner, or even any topical skin cream to help with your acne. Results are very promising.
Keeping yourself hydrated is not only good for your general health it works wonders for your skin also. Well-hydrated skin is necessary, healthy, glowing, and “clear”. Drink a lot of water for perfect skin.
6. Cleanse and moisturize
Cleansing and moisturizing your skin will automatically help you get rid of any dirt or dead skin on your skin as a result helping your skin to clear out. Make cleansing and moisturizing a regular bedtime routine and you will see it working wonders for your acne problem.
7. Leave toothpaste overnight
Any white toothpaste (not gel one) has anti-inflammatory agents that work just like ice in combating acne. Apply a little toothpaste over your pimple and leave it overnight. Next morning wash your face gently and be amazed at how soothed and less prominent your pimples look.
8. Stress management
It is a scientifically known fact that stress through off your hormonal balance resulting in worsening your acne. You must have noticed your acne is less prominent on days when you are less stressed or even happy. Therefore learning to manage your stress can help your acne.
