You can find many recipes on internet. One we have personally tested has 2 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoon milk and 1 slice of tomato mashed. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it on for half an hour before washing our face. You can also make and freeze this recipe.
3. Exfoliate regularly
As we discussed earlier dust trapped in pores cause irritation and in turn pimples, similarly, dead skin cells can also cause blockage and cause aggressive pimples. Exfoliating your skin regularly with a good scrub can solve this problem. Make it a part of your bed time routine or do it every other day. If you are too lazy you should exfoliate once a week at least.
4. Silicic acid for Acne
Any skin care product with 2% silicic acid are recommended for combating with acne. You can use, face wash, skin toner or even any topical skin cream to help with your acne. Results are very promising.
5. Hydration helps Acne
Keeping yourself hydrated is not only good for your general health it works wonders for your skin also. A well hydrated skin is necessarily, healthy, glowing and “clear”. Drink a lot of water for perfect skin.
6. Cleanse and moisturize
Cleansing and moisturizing your skin will automatically help you get rid of any dirt or dead skin on your skin as a result helping your skin to clear out. Make cleansing and moisturizing a regular bed time routine and you will see it working wonders for your acne problem.
7. Leave tooth paste over night
Any white toothpaste (not gel one) have anti-inflammatory agents which work just like ice in combating break out. Apply a little toothpaste over your pimple and leave it overnight. Next morning wash your face gently and be amazed at how soothed and less prominent your pimples looks like.
